An alumna of NYU School of Nursing along with advanced degrees in alternative and eastern medicine, I have a deep and profound understanding of the doctor/patient relationship. Having been on both sides of the equation for twenty years, I can relate to the difficulties involved with being a patient for which no traditional medicine or surgeries seem to work.
As a result of all my surgeries, and medical condition, I unfortunately cannot work. I had a wonderful career as a skin laser specialist and it is extremely difficult to accept that I will never again be capable of working in my beloved field.

I live a very bright and beautiful life despite major setbacks. I am a doer who celebrates each and every day--the "luckiest unlucky" woman in the world. I have wonderful sons and the best man anyone could hope for. I do lots of charity work, anything to put a smile on someone's face, shirt on their back, anything to make this a better world short and long term. Give hope. Give of myself. I can either roll over or get up, step up to the plate and show up. I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE LATTER.
